Portland Home Sales At "Historic" Low

Portland’s Regional Multiple Listing Service reported the fewest home sales last month — 732 — since record keeping began in 1992. That dismal demand sent the inventory of unsold homes, the key measure of supply and demand, rocketing to 19 months. For sellers, the pressure is on!
Here’s what the average year-over-year home price appreciation/depreciation for several Portland-metro areas looks like:
N Portland: -0.7%
NE Portland: -1.8%
SE Portland: -4.7%
W Portland: 0.3%
