Until fairly recently new construction price points had remained sticky at Portland’s high-end South Waterfront developments. Faced with increasing carrying costs and an overall dismal outlook, developers are now settling for as much as 25% below asking pricing.

Unit #2204: listed at $ 1.9M, SOLD for $1.4M
Unit #335: listed at 399k, SOLD for 356k
