Fannie Mae homes below market rate, at entry-level price points

Fannie Mae’s HomePath Database includes only properties that are owned by Fannie Mae. Currently there are 33 properties included for Portland.  Roughly half of these properties are located in Portland’s southeast, followed by the northeast and northwest. There is a selection of homes, including single-family homes and condominiums (several at the John Ross Condos)– located in a variety of neighborhoods. Some of them are in good condition, others will require a fair amount of work. Price points vary from just under 100k to just under 400k.

Special financing is available on Fannie Mae homes. Benefits include the following:
