Price Reduced 200k For Dunthorpe Mansion

The price tag for this 6,500 SQFT luxury home in Portland’s prestigious Dunthorpe neighborhood was lowered by $200,000 just days ago. This 5-bedroom/4.1 bath mansion was completed by Brentwood Homes in mid 2005 and put on the market for as much as $2.3M. In spite of numerous price revisions it has failed to attract any significant interest in four years.  Another home within this subdivision recently reverted to the bank.  In the wake of these developments, the seller is now undertaking more substantial efforts to unload this property and is offering it at $1.79M, down 200k from the most recent price point.
