Strand Condos Reduce Pricing On Final 5 Units
Four years after completion the Strand Condos are now down to their last handful of units for sale. Prices for these Portland waterfront condos have been on a downward trend since day one. Last week’s price adjustment brought price down another 6% for a total of 33% below original price points.
The Strand consists of three glass towers situated on the west bank of the Willamette River in downtown Portland. The contemporary structures were designed by architects Ankrom Moisan and developed by Jack Onder. Roughly 187 condominium residences and 27 townhomes make up this luxury condo development, offering some of the best river views. Units range in size from 650 to over 3,000 square feet and come with high-end finishes, state-of-the-art kitchens, fireplaces and generous terraces.
In addition to developer inventory mentioned above, there are currently 10 re-sale units on the market at this waterfront development.
