More Than Thirty Portland Homes Scheduled For Auction Soon
Roughly 35 Portland bank-owned homes are scheduled for auction by the end of November. Most have minimum bids in the 100k-200k range, several below. The vast majority of Portland homes going to auction are currently owned by Fannie Mae.
The auction process and bidder requirements vary by auctioneer. Properties auctioned by Hudson and Marshall, for instance, are subject to a 5% buyer’s premium.
