Prices were reduced at more than 20 downtown Portland condos this past weekend. With a $30,000 hit, unit #706 at the Bridgeport Condos in the Pearl District registered the highest price reduction for the weekend. Notable reductions also occurred at the John Ross Condos and the Meriwether Condos in Portland’s South Waterfront neighborhood.
