The Waterside Condos, situated on the Columbia River, is down to the last four units. This was one of the last condo developments to hit the market before things came to a halt. A number of auctions were held to accelerate sales in recent months. Now with only four units left and eager to close this chapter, the developer is likely to be more inclined to cut buyers a good deal.
